Service Inquiry and Booking Process
All booking requests made through the contact form, call, or WhatsApp are subject to availability.
Our team will confirm your request by sharing vehicle details, fare estimate, and availability via call or message.

Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after mutual communication and (where applicable) an advance payment made via UPI, bank transfer, or other offline methods. Without confirmation from our side, no booking is considered valid.

Pricing and Estimates
Fares shared initially are approximate and may vary depending on:

  • Distance or route changes

  • Waiting time

  • Toll charges, parking fees, or state taxes

  • Upgrades or changes in vehicle

Final charges will be confirmed before trip start or during the journey, with your knowledge.

Vehicle Allocation
While we try to provide the vehicle model/type requested by the customer, in case of unavailability or operational reasons, we reserve the right to offer a similar or better category vehicle at no additional cost.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to:

  • Provide correct pickup details and timing

  • Carry a valid government-issued ID

  • Treat the driver and vehicle with respect

  • Avoid smoking, drinking, or causing damage inside the vehicle
    Any damage caused to the vehicle will be chargeable at actuals.

Delays and Disruptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen issues. However, we will do our best to keep you informed and provide alternatives where possible.

Liability
Namdev Tour & Travel is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle. You are advised to carry valuables personally and responsibly.

No Online Payment or Booking Guarantee via Website
The website does not facilitate direct online transactions. Any quote or information provided through this site is for inquiry purposes only. All final terms will be discussed directly with our staff.

Jurisdiction
Any legal disputes arising out of service use will be subject to courts located in Amritsar, Punjab.
