Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy applicable to all taxi and tour package bookings.

For Local Rides (within city or airport transfers):

  • Cancel 24+ hours before ride: 90% refund

  • Cancel 6–24 hours before ride: 50% refund

  • Cancel under 6 hours or no-show: No refund

For Outstation Rides or Tour Packages:

  • Cancel 72+ hours before departure: 80% refund

  • Cancel 24–72 hours before departure: 40% refund

  • Cancel under 24 hours or no-show: No refund

Non-Refundable Components
Any non-refundable hotel booking, tickets, or third-party inclusions will be charged at actual cost regardless of the time of cancellation.

Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Payment gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Company-Initiated Cancellations
If we must cancel a confirmed ride due to vehicle unavailability or other unavoidable reasons, a full refund will be issued immediately.

Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may lead to service denial in future and legal action for loss recovery.
